@@richarddavis8863 oh yeah. First off, don’t feel like you HAVE to spend money to get going, there is a ton to do for free and most of the playing I do I do without spending. Pokémon Go plays substantially different from the main games, but it’s very much digital collecting turned up to 11. Spinning pokestops and gyms gives you tons of items, especially if you’ve got a good park or downtown/city area nearby with a lot of stops and gyms. Engage with as many features as you have fun with - there’s catching wild pokemon, raids for legendary or mythical pokemon, routes, Dynamax/gigantamax battles, trading with friends, PvP you can do against your friends or random online PvP matches, adventure incense - most of the things you have a free daily allotment you can do, so essentially everything allows you at least 1 free every day.

@@richarddavis8863 when I go out to play I generally try to catch everything cause the most important resource in the game is “stardust” - which is primarily gained by catching pokemon. Stardust is used to power up your pokemon and use some new adventure effects - and stardust cannot be bought, it must be earned. You do earn stardust with many features, but catching is an easy and free way to stack a ton of it. Once you join a team (Valor is red, Instinct is yellow, and mystic is blue) you can add a Pokemon to a gym - after 8 hours, when your pokemon gets defeated and removed from the gym; this gives you 50 Pokecoins - which is the currency you can buy… you can only earn a max of 50 coins a day, but you can have 20 pokemon in 20 different gyms at any one time; so being in as many gyms at once gives you the best chance at earning free coins that you could have spent real money on.

@@richarddavis8863 another thing I do is find a good PokeGo creator who focuses on providing full event details - like “Trainer Club” or “Trainer Tips” or “Poke Daxi” - these guys always post a great synopsis of each event, what’s going on, what’s good to focus on, and even how to prepare for the event. Lots of the information can be found on the Pokemon Go Blog, and there’s other great website resources like pvpoke.com (for PvP IV’s) or leekduck.com (for field research tasks and what encounters to expect from competing them).

@ absolutely. The only thing you can’t do, and I mean literally: is join gyms for defending together. Otherwise (which is a big otherwise) you can do literally EVERYTHING together. There is nothing of real value you can do without team alliances, so no worries - ima red team guy as well

@@ConnerWagner-hb5tt I’ve had shinies run without being speed locked… whether or not they are supposed to be guaranteed, I know from personal experience they can still run/game can glitch or freeze or otherwise completely eff you out your encounter - so I was stressed until it was caught for sure

Yeah that’s totally valid.. I get in this mode where I never heal, cause you can take 1 hit and survive after your auto heal - but I really should heal up more

@@phollie801 Fair! It's hard to break routine, especially when panicked. Or if you know you're going to attack a Tyrant, you can preemptively use an auto heal and damage resist booster! But I'm guilty of this too: I was playing Be the Zombie in DL1 as a survivor for the first time, and I completely forgot to heal as I was so used to fully autohealing as the Night Hunter. 😅

Agreed. In addition to that, I like how if the main power station is on you don’t have to go to the underneath, but if it’s not you have to manually override the power supply locally.

@@ajzein131 once you get to a certain point in the story, after making it to the central loop - there is a mission from the board in the PK ship called “missing persons” I think..

@@Uncle-Junior also a PS5, and not a Pro either, just a regular OG PS5. Minimum 60 FPS - are your game settings set to performance or resolution? Always make sure you favor frame rate over graphical fidelity for the most smooth experience!

@@Uncle-Junior shoot, the ps4 version won’t have it; you’ve gotta be playing on ps5 with the ps5 version to have those settings, unfortunately.

I do have auto grab off, and it’s still so wonky sometimes. This challenge is an odd one that’s hard to get good flow on. I love this game though.

@@McLuvinyerma so many people, myself included - didn’t love it when I first played after its release. I was especially mad so many missions would hard lock you out of finishing the campaign. Now the game feels finished and coming back to it directly after playing the first one again I am having a blast. I wish the grapple was better but dang if this game isnt just good old fashioned video game fun.

I get that hahaha, getting old. All my nightrunner tools are fully upgraded so maybe that’s all you need!

The controls are SOOO wonky, it’s exactly dumb hard - hence, my foot finish haha

@@kyletourtillott9487 hadn’t played since the game released and was busted… I forgot how fun the knives and the parkour is in this game. About to start new game plus at like legend lvl70 so I’m super pumped to try on a harder difficulty.

@@phollie801 nice! i just came back to the game as well since release, and the game seems to have changed for the better. lots of stuff that's been improved. honestly cant wait for the beast DLC.

Mine works literally every time, unless I click sign in then kill pokego it does force me to sign in again - but if I kill it immediately after it asks me to sign in no sign in required… I hope it hasn’t been patched, I’ll test some more and follow up once I see this screen again. Haven’t seen it since the Halloween event started.

@@Rockman.81 I finally got a similar but different screen today that forced me to log in again, hopefully it’s not patched and different. I’ll keep watching for more instances and follow up once I have more attempts to bypass the sign in page!
