My bushings on both ends were destroyed/gone. Replacing the one under the vehicle was a nightmare. I had to sand off the corrosion before the bushing would go on and on my 2011 jk, you have to weave your hand around your skid plate and your drive shaft. Definitely recommend doing this before they brake on you!

I'm trying to keep my battery in place with a/c. Any recommendation on belt size with the low mount a/c and a high mount alternator? Would save me a few trips to the pay store 🙏 ls3

I installed this about a month ago and it is awesome. Come to find out my transfer case bushing was totally gone. This is a must have.

Installed today. Works with a manual transmission. You need to disconnect the boot from the console. Also (on the Sahara at least) there is a wiring harness that under the console that needs to be disconnected. Lastly the clamp the clamp with the 3/8 nuts wouldn’t tighten up for me. The studs were loose and they just kept spinning. Zip tied it to hold in place.

Where are you guys actually located? I would love to be able to set it up to get my tJ Done I have one that is super clean. I bought it from original owner.

Does this work with the auto transmission linkages as well?

Is the one that has dual pass both inlet out let in same side has better cooling than the other one which looks single pass?

I have a jeep 4.0 5 speed and 231 j case tj but I can’t operate a manual do you sale components to instal convert to factory 32rh maybe some left over components from viseversa conversions if not can I run a 700 r please help just want to enjoy it I hate manual and I’m not ashame

I once tied it up with a tie-wrap(temporary) to get me home late one night in the woods using the light from a cell phone . After crawling underneath in very wet ground. Then I made a few on a lathe in brass. If your Jeep has the crappy hard plastic ones buy a couple brass ones, and save screaming some very bad words! -(PS change them before you leave the yard because its a matter of time! "!@#@!$)!

A radiator first real nice in the cargo area over a fuel cell .

I don't think this is enough cooling for a v8. Not even enough for the stock I6 in Texas heat. I do like to run 170 degrees water temp with outside temp 100 degrees while pulling a 3000 lb trailer with a/c wide open and do this idling!

The 3 fans produced 2,400+ cfm? I was told each fan only produced about 550.

ohh man, I cried at the sinking yeti part, and everyone helping yall out. We almost lost my brother's fourwheeler by the lake that way. We had to get momma's 91 cherokee through the woods and out to us to save it. I thought he was going to sleep out there all night with it, revving it to keep the mud from sucking back into the exhaust. When We finally got it out, and it was raining mud from spinning tires, and we were wet, cold, and plastered in mud...I never felt so free and blessed racing the sunset home. Spoke to Jeff up at Novak Conversions and he sent me a list of things I need for my conversion a couple years back. Called back this year and he went over the list with me again. And again, he answered every question that I could possibly think of. They offer every thing you need to do an LS swap. Even reprogramming your harness. Real personable and knowledgeable group. From my research, this is the only company I would reccomend if you want your conversion done right and professional! I am now looking for an engine and then I am going to start checking off my list! Can't wait!
