And probably it's after update who improve this haha. I'm done with nfs 2015 after terrible handling bug and every time I look at new nfs like 3 last they look bad in drifting. The crew also. That's why I play Forza horizon 4 then 5 but never more nfs. The crew testing on free weekend and don't like how drift look when wheels don't point in right direction. Of course it's arcade but cmon it's basic thing who should look more realistic.

It depends on the car build, it isn't just tires that's important, it's finding a good balance so the car doesn't have too much wheel spin but also enough grip to get through the corner and just that alone requires tweaking the assist level and even the ballast weight so lots of trial and error involved. No setup is perfect (even mine) just depends on how long someone has played the game and IMO using sport tires is for more advanced players. If it helps anyone to have fun on the game that's all i want to achieve.

@@wonder2k19 yes i meant it like I do like playing with suspension and all that stuff and tires. I think im the advenced player. I like more the sport tires setup. Thanks to drifting i even overtook supercar by drift in gt4 with lightly tuned S14.

@@jirka43cznovak I use to use sport tires but now over the years of not playing, using comfort tires i felt like i wasn't trying as hard to "drift".

i think drifting with sports tires is way too difficult, they got too much grip, controlling a drift with them for me at least is almost impossible and also, standard tires (economy, confort and road) are the most realistic tires of the game and you can drift any stock car with more than 200hp if you got economy (or even comfort) tires

@@Luuckkaz i wasn't talking about STYLE drifting I was talking about drifting that makes you with underpowered cars faster through corners. I don't like economy tires or comfort, Too much slidy and wheel spinning.

That's because of the buttons assigned for throttle and brake are not pressure sensitive. On PS2, if you map the throttle to the right joystick, then you can apply varying amounts of throttle.

@@familialgameaholics7618 as far as I remember, default throttle and brake is X and O and PS2 controller is famaous for having 2 step pressure sensitive XOSqrTrngl buttons. This game supports wheels and I played on the wheel so...

@FirssenSimracing I understand that, and I played on wheel too. But I'm saying the throttle control when using the right analog stick is much broader for controller users. I had no issue with throttle input on wheel

Nah just use a new save and play through the intro stuff again. What your saying isn't that much of an issue and a bit unfair on the creator. The mod is excellent.

@@wonder2k19 Locking your game save is a pretty big issue and an entirely fair complaint.

@@parker73724 It's happened many times during my time with making mods. Finding what works and what doesn't work could take months of time and research. Limited resources on tools, no-source code and most of the time your on your own.

@@wonder2k19 "It is hard to make mods" does not mean you should install a mod that permanently corrupts your game save. It's hard to make cars but that doesn't make the Yugo a great car.
