Nice visual. I can't comprehend the cost to produce this show as you have demonstrated in the video. How many people are you estimating could be in the Exhibit Hall at one time? I understand that we will be changing the way we operate Exhibit Halls. As a non-profit, this style of Exhibit is out of our budget. It could also mean that Exhibit Halls are a thing of the past for us. Very sad for many organizations.
Rita I agree with you, changing to hardwall booths will ruin your budget and it labor-intensive, however if you are curious about incorporating these elements into your show, I can help do so without breaking your budget. I work for a national GSC and would be happy to setup a call to chat about it.
