Every time I watch this fight again, I believe more and more more won the first second and possibly third round merabs only weakness is his lack of intensity at the beginning of fight and I think you could’ve easily seen that in this one as less activity and could give umar it’s far less a domination as it is a champion being able to use the fact that they’re a favor to control the pace of the fight

It's crazy how quickly fans can turn on a fighter. One minute we're praising Umar Nurmagamirov, and the next, we're criticizing him. I mean, the guy was undefeated before his fight against Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 311, and he put on a great show. But as soon as he lost, everyone started questioning his skills. It just goes to show how fickle fans can be. We expect fighters to perform at their best every time they step into the Octagon, and when they don't, we're quick to jump on their backs. But let's not forget that these guys are human beings, too, and they're entitled to have off days. Both Merab and Umar are warriors, who put everything on the line every time they fight. They deserve our respect and admiration, regardless of the outcome. Despite the loss, Umar Nurmagomedov proved himself to be a formidable opponent, and I'm excited to see how he bounces back from this defeat. And who knows, maybe next time we'll be singing his praises again.
