Thank you for this sermon. I'm that person that will not say something and let my husband rant. For fear of triggering him. However, on occasion, I'll get blind sides and say..NO, THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE...but it's sounds like...anger "AHHHHG, STOMP,STOMP,SLAM". That will trigger his anger towards me, now I'm the one that's wrong, everytime! I know the enemy..satan, does this. I get caught off guard.

But I'm a stroke survivor, I remember im a christan, but I don't remember things about the word well , I feel this is were the holy spirit wants me to start my day . My son landed back in jail. I had hope, and was extremely disappointed in Him. He manipulates me, and yells, says the past is the past. I cannot handle it anymore. If I engage with him, he'll make me feel bad, and he'll need stuff and I know he uses it to buy drugs in jail. I'm not doing it again. I feel like it's real tough love. Plz pray for him. His initials are L.M.A. He has a spirit of addition too. Thank you Pastor Chuck and Barb. I met you through a man (G.M.) in the parking lot the other day. He called you and introduced us. Your videos are truth. He knows how to get a hold of me.

A lack of understanding will cause people to judge. Sometimes, people judge what they don't understand. I'm guilty of, in the past, judging what I didn't understand.

This series on codependency has been very beneficial for me.. thank you so much Chuck and Barb.. I’m learning the reality of my upbringing and how deeply ingrained addiction and codependency is in it and how it affects me to this day .. these messages have given me so much hope

How well do I know about co-defendancy. It is crazy how it seems normal until GOD pulls you out, and then somehow, there is a need to go back or keep the connection. GOD deliver me.

Wow this really resonated with me.. I think this would be a wonderful topic to expand on.. there are many people out there who are unaware of how emotionally unsafe they are. Unaware of the detriment that can have on oneself & the people they love. Myself included. Thank you Barb & Chuck for another amazing message

Thanks for sharing this helps us with our 🤔 thinking. It helps us as parents of a young man who is our child who has stinkin thinking (cognitive distortions). If you have a way to do a topic to address this with adult Children who don't work, think the whole 🌎 world is against them. They don't like their parents giving them rules to live by. We try to help and encourage but most interactions turn out bad because they think we are controlling them. They want Autonomy but don't want to make hard choices to help their mental health. They don't want to work. They want mom and dad to help them financially and give them a place to live. They don't want to help with house hold chores but don't want you to do it for them. They also don't like boundaries you set and 🤔 think they deserve boundaries. It gets to a point that they have to earn trust, respect and adult rights back to have a healthy relationship. Talking about this topic could help lots of Parents with young adults living at home or wanting to come home (boomerang generation, leave home come back leave home come back). These young adults that are living at home are 18-30 year olds that have failed to launch out of the nest.😢 They comprise about 60-65 per cent of young adults in this age group. Ideas to help parents and the young adults could be a 😊 Godsend for a lot of Parents and Young adults. Maybe 2 parts what can parents do and what can the young adult experiencing do to help themselves. Thanks for reading and reassuring us weekly. Also 🙏 prayers for you as you decide if this is a topic that can help many people in this situation.
