Just a suggestion for you to ask your primary care dr, ask them to refer you to cardiologist that is in "network" so that the tri- care insurance covers it (if that's possible) as many providers as possible in network won't leave you with huge bills. Hi jaid I'm sad cause of what you are going thr. I'm proud of you to. My sister has bad anxiety but she takes meds for it she says it's horrible and it feels like your dyeing. My doctor gave me a number to go to a therapist for anxiety and meds for it but I'm not taking them. I told her how I felt that I could not sleep at night every single thing that I went thr the day was going in circles at night. What I said what I saw what I did and it felt terrible 😢. So I hope you get better. It still happens to me at night.. hugs swettie..

I have always struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. Everyone would say just relax. It doesn't work like a light switch, if I could stop it I definitely would have. Mine was always Fear based, it definitely was dr appts or anything outside my comfort zone. It does feel like you're dying and not normal. I completely understand what you were/are going through and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I luckily found the correct dr to treat it and I can live normally. It's not anything to do with weakness I was told serentonin levels. I'm glad you are taking baby steps to go through the fear and ask God if you believe, to help you find the strength and the words before you make a call. My daughter has struggled with significant anxiety. She also has the phone call anxiety. She's been with a very good therapist for 3 years now and she has helped her so much . One of the things she does is write down what she wants to say before making a phone call. Putting it on paper first helps to ensure that all her questions are addressed on the phone call and she feels a greater sense of confidence to place the call. Self doubts are bad enough but anxiety on top of it is hard. It's good that guy told you up front, it showed you he wasn't kind of guy you want. When you get to that phone call on therapy, see if they can do video sessions so you don't have to worry about transportation

The glasses are super cute. We've used eye buy direct and Mukaal before. Zeelol is another with cheap frames and glasses depending on your Rx. Hang in there Hon, I'm the mom of a 27 year old who is 85% bed bound from the effects of Covid. Healthcare is challenging. Finding good doctors who really care and are willing to dig in to determine Dx and treat with the best tx protocols is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Welcome to corset-wearing! It's something that I really find has helped with my self-image, and just generally feels good. I hope that ends up being the case for you, in the long term. Seasoning...it makes a certain sort of intuitive sense, especially for one's very first corset--medviation's comparison to shoes is right on--and its true that you don't want to abuse your corset, but it's ultimately more vibes-based than anything: like they said, do what you feel is comfortable. That said, there's little harm in taking it slow, if the corset ultimately fits. On that note, I wouldn't worry too much about it if you plan to eventually lace the corset tighter. Once that happens, it should go away on its own. In fact, that there's little gaping at the bottom is more concerning, because there's not as much space for it to go, and so you won't be able to tighten it as much or as easily as the top. But again, this only really matters if you actually plan on going tighter.

I don't think you need a strict seasoning schedule with a corset. Just tighten to comfort. You will be able to determine if it's a good fit by looking at the gaps at the back. Materials are quite stiff fresh out of the box, they soften up with more usage. Just like shoes, it gets easier the more you use them. Just from experience: there are better quality corsets outside of Orchard for the same price. Hopefully this one lasts you more than 2-3 months of regular wear. Also, my belly is my biggest insecurity as it is wide and it protrudes even at my lw. Corsets are so good for my body image.
