I've taken the best parts in these two tracks and put them together. The result is very cool and very thrilling, so I'd like to share it here. After listening to this you shall be ready to rush into a bloody war and enter the gates of Valhalla.

I don't know the reason why it's not as famous as Tchaikovsky's other great compositions. Superb piece of art Delight :) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piano_Concerto_No._3_(Tchaikovsky)#.22Symphony_No._7.22

Andrei Hoteev discovered the complete manuscript of Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No.3 in three movements, but still nowadays nobody in the musical world knows that he indeed finished his concert. Taneyev did not fulfill the request of Tchaikovsky: edit the individual parts of the orchestra and publish the complete concert. There was a manuscript for piano of the orchestral part, with all the detailed orchestration indications. Taneiev just copied and made little superfluous alterations in the piano part. The differences between the original version discovered by Andrej Hoteev and the original are hardly noticeable. Quoted from Wikipedia: "The Russian television of Saint Petersburg broadcast a concert with Hoteev and the Saint Petersburg Academic Symphony Orchestra in October 1993 from the Greater Hall of Saint Petersburg Philharmonic Hall presenting a new version of the 3rd piano concert by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky with explanations by the pianist himself, who had rediscovered the original version with three movements after manuscripts by the composer". Tchaikovsky was then the most beloved and famous Russian composer, causing envy among his contemporaries. It seems that Taneyev wanted to put his name next to the famous master's name and the publisher to gain more with the separated publication. I wish people would stop saying that Tchakovsky did not finish his concert. Justice must be done. Here a link: ruclips.net/video/LsSMnEurPzw/видео.html
