Potato Printmaking

Hello holy friends! Learn how to draw and color a palm leaf, just in time for Holy Week. You will add depth, highlight, and shadow, all with just a few simple tools. You can even cut this out and hang it in your house to remind you of this holy time we are in.

Materials needed: Vegetable or canola oil Food coloring Shallow glass baking dish Watercolor paper or card stock (durable paper) Water Fork Small dish Paper towels

Join me in drawing this super easy little Easter bunny! Feel free to use whatever materials you have handy at home, such as crayons, markers, paint, and more. You can customize this drawing by choosing your own colors, adding flowers, butterflies, clouds, or anything that makes your art SHINE!

This painting took about an hour, but had been sped up. I used acrylic paint and water color paper.

Materials: 2 strands of 40” macrame cord 8 strands of 158” macrame cord Scissors Ruler/yardstick Ring, hoop, circle to hang your plant hanger from Begin by pulling your long strands through your hoop, stopping at the halfway mark.
