Unconventional Engineer Channel is created with the aim to document some of my completed works and also upcoming works. I also hope to document other unconventional topics around North East India, and hopefully also include other awesome engineers and technicians and their works in this channel. It is hoped that Unconventional Engineer Channel will in some way help upcoming engineers especially in North East India.
Topics on pico and micro hydro electric projects, irrigation, repurposed items, roads, geographies and other topics in an unconventional way will be attempted to be explained. I am still very much learning, but I do hope that some of these videos in the Unconventional Engineer Channel will be useful.

Culverts
In the fifty sixth video, we have a look at culverts. These soil or land bridges are good for small stream crossings and are a cheap option where good soil is easily available. Culverts are also often under-appreciated as compared to their more eye-appealing bridges, but play a crucial role in connecting people.

Can we convert a Pick up 207 vehicle engine for lighting purposes?
I think it should be possible. The generator that you are going to couple with the engine should be around 1500 rpm

We use the electricity generated mainly for grinding and welding

It's a very good idea bro to collect rain water but at 1:54 if hill stone fall the roof will collect water in a solid form and the roof may become overloaded.

Thank you for your query. Most of the cost will be on the storage tank which will be around 4-5 lakhs. As this will be double rcc to prevent leakage.
