Eugh, majorly annoying - I hadn't noticed the header on the card; I kept getting bluetooth dropouts with my ds4 and xbox controller for the past 2 years, and have just checked to see if anyone else was having that issue with this card, and discovered I needed to connect the socket on the card to a header. I've already thrown the box away with the usb header cable *edit* scratch that, just double-checked through my case, the cable is definitely connected, but I'm still getting intermittent dropouts with my controller T_T

Rubbing alcohol is not suitable for everything and I would suggest people test it on a small area first. It can leave streaks and remove the sheen. WD40 is your friend
