I jumped off my Facebook profile last week. I'm concentrating on more in person engagements nowadays, especially post-pandemic. I'm considering a 1.1 mm nib for my Kaweco Bronze Sport FP this week. ✍

The ink is great. I enjoy Clairefontaine paper a well as Tomoe River.

That vintage Lady Shaeffer looks really nice… I once had a Shaeffer Targa with the inlaid nib, but I actually don’t know what I did with it… it‘s been missing for at least 20 years now… 🤷‍♀️

You are being so creative! I think they all look great. I use colerase pencil leads for underdrawing in the pink.

Nice review. A lovely pen and ink combination. I am considering the pen in Volcano Grey finish. How did it hold up over time? Try using J. Herbin Gris Nuage ink with this pen. I think it would be the best match for this pen. Cheers!

have you also looked at the richard binder blog on vintage pens? i don't want to go on and on in case you have, but if not, it's great source.

I am currently doing shorts as #30inks30days30minutes in order to complete a full month in 30 minutes. I am considering purchasing a full bottle of this ink.

I especially like the “fish scale” surface in either silver or anodized matte black; it’s both attractive and easier to grip. Until very recently it was only available with an extra fine nib, but now they can also be ordered with a fine nib. The cost, at least on the Etsy Esybuy store, is considerably less.

Loved this.

Oh and I'd recommend Diamine Sunshine yellow, which leans orange and is beautiful....and i'm not a fan of yellow.

Sorry, very late to watch & comment (life) but i'm loving the ink explorations. That colorverse ink is lovely and reminds me of brandy.

Hi, just discovered your channel today. Diamine Eclipse is one of my absolute faves, and I love it in my vintage Sheaffer Targa 1003, which is a matte black laquer pen with gold trim, a beautiful match for this ink imo. Bye!

Herbin Bouton d'Or is bright yellow, but too light to be much use in a pen.
