A cheapo Lattice ICE40UL1K FPGA device controlling a WS2812 RGB LED ring with smooth steps driven by a quadrature encoder with push button.

Control a WS2812 RGB ring with a MAX1000 FPGA driven by a rotary encoder. The LEDs are turned on "slowly" with 8 sub steps. A push button input selects either ring color or ring volume.
