Only just come across this.boomer here that walks disparingly around Newcastle with despair at whats been done.but cannot agree on Castle house apart from the brickwork which is nice the rest is like a glasshouse which spoils it.nice to see some one actualy looking up at the buildings.there are some lovleyGeorgian buildings down the Ironmarket.Newcaste once had a clay pipe factory.andalso had a few hat maker shops.i was born and bred in Newcastle 78 years ago and have seen some changes but unfortunatly some not so good.naming the new multi story car park which will never be filled that looks like a nuclear reactor.ugly building.

Fun fact re: Bi-Centennial, a lot of the airlines in the USA had special Bi-Centennial markings but for me the two Overseas National Douglas DC8’s were the most stand out of all of them. Do a search for ONA DC8 Bi-Centennial liveries and you’ll see what I mean. Great video as always

I watched a video on RUclips for the James Dean crash site/memorial a couple of years ago and recognised the junction straight away just seconds before you said it. Very sad for a young movie star and is still loved and admired after all these years. I also had an aviation friend who lived in Bakersfield, he used to have a shop selling model kit transfers and duplicate aviation slides. Such a great guy who is also sadly missed. Great trip video guys, I’d love to do that myself but I only past my driving test three years ago and driving on the other side of the road would confuse the hell out of me 😂 especially when you can turn right at lights that are still on red (but give way to pedestrians)

Awesome video, if you look at the skies on timeframe 1:20, you can see some light trails in the sky as though its a UFO, but im guessing those are reflections of the car lights, otherwise the whole focus of this video will be the UFOs lol

Hi Daryl and Glyn. I think it started somewhere over merelake road way. It came down past mine at Unity Way, through maple avenue, onto Mitchell avenue, down Harecastle avenue, into grove avenue, through the park and eventually on to first avenue/the avenue then onto ravenscliffe where you guys are.

Stafford used to be a lovely countt town . The guidhall was deliberately run down. The new shopping centre at riverside is ok but away from town centre which has drawn people away the high street shops most of which are now empty or struggling

Very nice video. I'll be there in a couple of weeks and will have to check out the new area. Kudos to the Wynn for keeping the place so beautiful. I always find it to be a very calming environment compared to the other hotels and casinos.

im 100% sure there was a tornado or the left over winds that hit knypersley at 16:35 pm same day as the winds and rain were not normal, and there were trees down in the road on outclough road that joins on to tunstall road, if you look on google maps it is in the pathway from kidsgrove. thats if the tornado hit at before the times i said.

Do you know whether Tunstall Park was affected?
