No matter what method you use to quit, I always have to show respect for that person because I know it’s not easy. I also tried vaping, patches etc. to no avail. My daughter being born was what broke the camels back. I would not smoke in the house or in the car anymore and I think that is when things changed. I was so used to smoking in my own comfort zone (in the house, car etc.) that once I couldn’t anymore, the urge to smoke gradually began to decrease. My daughter is my miracle baby

Thank you for this! I can really empathize with the feelings you had! It’s sickening that 95% (don’t quote me, a total guess 😂) of the products available for women are toxic. I also discovered the cup about 10 years ago and never looked back. Very grateful for the diva cup, but everyone has a different shape, size, tilt etc.. not a one cup fits all situation! I’ve tried many different cups and finally found the one that really fits my shape and doesn’t cause me discomfort like previous ones. I have rarely had any issues with being able to clean my cups, I am definitely curious about how you keep your reusable pads clean and what you do with the full ones while you are out or traveling. #spillthetea
It really is sickening - I have noticed some big brands jump on the "organic cotton" marketing train like Tampax but check out the full list of ingredients: tampax.com/en-us/about/ingredients/ingredients-safety-process/ I have only ever tried the diva cup which one do you recommend? I do want to make a video about cleaning reusable pads because it is a process but I think we make it bigger than it needs to be. It's quite easy even the cleaning process helps me to be more mindful about what's happening with my body during that time. Travel these days consists of being in places where I have a washer and dryer at my disposal but if I was out and about camping, hiking or something like that, I would definitely use the cup.
