It appears to be an online program seen running on a Windows 11 PC, and the URL is in the description of the video. It should work on mobile as well as PC. Also, I think shading is required to fit the gen 4/5 artstyle

Hi, sorry for the late reply. As the other commenter stated, the link to Pixilart is in the description. It is on both PC and mobile, however it really sucks on mobile and it annoying to use. Shading is not required for personal projects of course, however for it to be accepted in the Pokémon Infinite Fusion Discord server you more than likely will have to use it.

I think it's very suspicious that we haven't seen Tails yet in any footages. And Knuckles, who wasn't even with Sonic, Tails and Amy on their way to the Starfall Islands, has been found before Tails. All I know is that there HAS to be a good reason for that.
