The info on DJ is being presented to imply DJ left ONE due to issues related to/similar to what is being discussed in the video which is not the case, he simply retired. On the contrary however DJ has said in his own word on his RUclips page and interviews that ONE treated him better than UFC ever did. This is a poorly researched smear job. We should encorage competition and alternatives to the UFC monopoly especially as the product contines to cheapen itself with the WWE merger.

I think its also because One is more about respect than trash talking unlike other firms, meaning less hype. No matter how hard fighters talk shit, expose the ufc, the hype is on and high level of competition. My coaches and every active pro fighters I know are all aiming for the ufc.

Its sad though I enjoyed ONE now they just a Muay Thai promotion, Them loosing key stars, the Lee sister tragedy , DJ retirement and also missing out on fights like Meksen vs Stamp firtex . Meh the Muay Thai and Kickboxing are the only reason to watch ONE anyways. I normally skip the grapple fights and mma bouts because they are just not as entertaining. Thats just me ofc. But I speak to a lot of ONE fc viewers and they do the same more often than not.

One Champion has more viewers than UFC and they’re ranked 4th in the most viewed sports on national TV. But I still prefer watching UFC. Honestly One Champion has a lot of killers in the lower weight classes. Demetrius Johnson retired he didn’t leave in bad terms. He actually appreciated One Champion for paying him more than the UFC did. But most likely it’s because he has a big name which makes sense. UFC does the same thing. Mikey Musumeci left and is officially signing with UFC for a BBJ division and is making his debut in December.
