My next door neighbor had a white 65. She was a widow very reclusive. Husband left her very well off. She only drove it to church on Sundays very elegantly dressed. Fur coat, heels, never a hair out of place. A real looker. Riviera was pristine with under 10,000 miles in the early 90’s. She had an Electra 225 and a Regal too. She had a man at the house once a week washing and polishing the cars. He said you could eat off the under carriage of her cars. I used to love to hear her crank the riviera even one day I was behind her for like 5 miles with those dual exhaust steaming the entire way. I often wondered what became of the car after she passed since they never had kids. I hope it’s in someone’s collection. It was her pride and joy and a gift from her husband.

Back in 1986, I had a 1965 Buick Riviera that looked just like this car. But mine wasn't in nearly as good of condition. I wish I could have kept that car. I knew that the "65 Riviera was destined to be a collector car.

Sadly China dictates the end of use of all combustion cars worldwide. China told our EU politicians that they wont do any business with underdeveloped countries that still allow CO2 emitting traffic or combustion based industry after 2030...I am sure USA and UK also will be forced by China to 100% electric traffic because today no industrialized country can afford sanctions by China.... China just rules the world...:-///
