Does the hotel own the beach in front?
There is no such thing as a private beach in Croatia. Anybody has free access to the sea. Some hotels and resorts have beaches in front of them but it's not exclusive for their guests. Just check the rules with the hotel to avoid any misunderstandings. Hope that helps!
