Prior to moving to Ōtautahi in 2023, Meg was an art educator at The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art. Currently, she teaches art at Risingholme, is working on a certificate in early childhood education, and is building work as a freelance education.

Lizzie manages the conservation of over 20,000 artefacts in the five historic Antarctic expedition bases of Scott, Shackleton, Borchgrevink, and Hillary. With over 25 years' experience in Cultural Heritage at libraries and museums, Lizzie has spent more than 1000 days 'on-ice' leading and working with teams across fifteen summer seasons and a winter in Antarctica.

Erna Tidy began her role as the Associate Registrar at Canterbury Museum in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Art History, and a Masters in Heritage Conservation from the University of Auckland. Erna has volunteered and worked in various roles in the GLAM sector since 2014, mainly focused on collections management.
