1:32:24 the destruction
Wow this was really well done. I have to say the actors did a great job, but the singing at the destruction wow thats amazing. You can feel the rage of being pushed too far which is what happens in the book.
Such a well done version of Carrie. Everyone is a freaking powerhouse.
A slime tutorial with brilliant quality? Hell yeah.
thers somebody who sounds REALLY good on the low part of that last verse of in, but i cant figure out who it is, but i liked it so much so i have to comment anyways lmao
Tommy Ross taking Carrie White to the prom aww isn't is the nice thing to do taking her to the prom and dance and drink fruit punch and I vote for prom king and prom queen 👑👑💐💐💐💐
Carrie is getting ready for the prom and she gonna be prom queen 👑 and then she gonna get her revenge on the bullies from school 🏫🎒🎒 and then the ending she gonna kill her own psycho mother
Carrie White has powers she has telekinesis powers that's so fantastic I wish I had telekinesis powers 👩🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊
Carrie White is a shy girl but she's knows how to sang vocal music 🎵🎵🎵🎶🎶🎶🎤🎤🎤🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤
Why did no one warn me Carrie was this fucked up?!!?! I thought the blood was the big crazy shocker😭 great production tho
This is one of the better destruction things, she seems genuinly unhinged
God damn they keep this show MOVING! Been going through some Carrie brainrot so this is the 4th (?) one I’ve seen. Halfway through act one and loving it so far ❤
Why is the Destruction so fast?
all the songs are played really fast... faster than the original pretty sure
im actually gagged. carrie is my dream role, but i might have to leave it alone after this. im so incredibly impressed by this cast- their acting and singing technique is all so fantastic, how did they find all these talented kids???
don't beat yourself down! quite a few of them were in the jimmy awards so they're already recognized for being exceptional. It's like if a bunch of Broadway kids came together to make a musical. some noteable jimmy awards alumni for example are renee rapp, mckenzie kurtz, andrew barth feldman, ryan mccartan and so much more
This was good except I couldn't hear anyone because the bad was too loud.
The staging in “And Eve Was Weak” - TOP TIER
11:58
Thanks to this production in specific Carrie became my favorite musical!!!! I really admire the entirety of the cast, every singoe one of them do an awesome job!! Thanks guys for making such an amazing work, hats off!
I think a few of these kids were in the Jimmy's? Makes sense because this is too insane to be normal high school students. I recognize Elyse and Maggie at least.
Eve was weak made me weak. Damn that was good❤
Holy hell sue’s acting actually made me cry
“In” was AMAZING
IKR its so important for harmonies to be crisp in that song and they absolutely delivered

That business with Tommy at the end of the destruction- chef’s kiss. Just very well done all around, Margaret and Carrie especially.
Something I never understood it is what what does a story about a girl who has telekinesis Who is bullied and then takes revenge what does that have to do with on stage play?
So many choices in this are incredible; this might be my new favorite Carrie production. Sue sobbing the beginning lines of the ending song fucking GOT me. Incredible. Phenomenal cast all around
Do you have any more productions you're working on? I know you put out a note for Spring awakening pre-covid. Was just wondering if we'd get to see more of this super talented group in another musical :))
I’m obsessed with this Carrie and Margaret. Amazing work
I saw the original Broadway Production and I do lectures often on CARRIE and flop Musicals, I watched your video. Your cast and crew should be proud you did an excellent job with this show.!!!! Bravo !
i love this so much this is my favorite production i've seen of Carrie on YT! :) <3
1:05:14 k this might be reading too much into it, but tommy promised he’d show her the world. In her grief, Sue was shown the grit and misfortune of how the real world treats those that are different. His death revealed the ignorance of the world towards those people who don’t fit the mold, and the disaster that ensues if people don’t open their eyes. “Am I so blind? I could say, thank God that’s not me, but what does it cost to be kind?” So in a way, he did show her the world. He broke her out of the bubble of perfection, and showed her the other side of the coin, empowering her now and forever to open her eyes to those around her, for fear of the tragedy repeating itself.
This is the coolest kind of cast because everyone has the vocal chops to play a lead. I love it!!
Can we talk about the acting choices in “Eve was weak” INCREDIBLE
THIS IS AMAZING
This is great. I’ve watched bunch of productions on RUclips and I enjoy them all for different reasons - this one has the best ensemble cast, they’re clearly all very strong singers. Everyone does a great job, a standout for me is Tommy - his character always feels like the weakest in the main cast but this actor is really good and has great chemistry with both Sue and Carrie. Everyone’s acting is really good in this production as well, I really enjoyed it.
Can’t believe they would do this to Maggie.
Holy shit Julia, you really outdid yourself. Were you also a student at the time? Because this production is better than most professional productions I’ve seen. Can’t wait to see what other projects you do! Bravo!
I’m pretty sure she had just graduated high school at the time
Sue’s voice is just perfection, so jazzy and ughhh 😍😍😍
INCREDIBLE way of going about The Destruction. I've been going down a rabbit hole and watching every version of this musical I can find - this is definitely one of the best. Actually cried, too, and - once again - I've just watched like a thousand different versions of it lol
this is for me 58:34
ok this is the best live version of in that i’ve heard so far
36:25 is transcendent, truly. Wow, wow, wow.
Omg the destruction almost made me cry!!! I love her reaction so much!!
Here is my list of best and of worst songs: best:in, carrie, evining prayings, you shine, prom arrival, the destruicion, carrie reprise, unspecting hearts, unspecting hearts(reprise),you shine(reprise),epilogue, why not me and a night you never forget😘😘😍😍❤❤ Worst: and eve was weak, the world acording to chris 😡😡😤😤😭
What about once you see and dreamer in disguise?
This ensemble and band sound CLEAN. Been a while since I’ve watched a production on RUclips all the way through but I might have to put this one on my flatscreen
I want to talk about how well carries mom was portrayed in this!! Her aggression was so beautifully mixed with her vocals and sent chills down my spine.
This is incredible, but I just want to point out: the girl who played Chris directed/produced and choreographed this!! That’s fricking incredible! Julia, kudos to you for running such an incredible musical and providing a wonderful experience for the audience. Thank you for this masterpiece❤️
wow that’s so impressive she’s amazing
Wow awesome
What the heck this is so good
Why is this so much more emotional and sad than the version with Keaton Whitaker as Carrie?
The Carrie in this production is so cute I swear! And that little curtsey after her dance with Tommy was adorable! Edit: to add, I loved this production overall, but Tommy's reaction to the prank honestly irritated me? I just feel like he should be the one trying to stop the others from laughing, but here he was joining in. (At least I think he was, I had a hard time telling for sure.) In the movie he is clearly angry at the audience, and we can see him trying to comfort Carrie right before he gets killed by the bucket. I don't think he should've been singing those lines either. ("Open your heart, let Jesus" in etc.) with the other students. But that's my only major criticism, great job to everyone involved!
I also kinda liked the way Carrie killed Tommy in this version? Kinda a weird thing to say, I know, but I've seen one other version where she does that, the Keaton Whittaker version. But in that version, Tommy wasn't injured, here he was. Judging from Carrie's reaction here vs. Keaton's version, here it feels like she killed him as a sort of "mercy killing", unlike in Keaton's where she clearly did it out of anger, presumably because she thought he was involved in the prank, and we can hear her crying after. Which probably also has to do with the prank, but I like to think it was over Tommy too.
He’s not laughing at her she just thinks he is
Mrs. White singing like that sitting down. What a queen👑.
You know that had to be hard
