Does anyone else have a problem with the straps over the shoulder getting longer over time? Where you have to unistall the seat to tighten up in the back and reinstall the whole seat again. Im thinking my straps aren't threaded right in the little metal buckles or somthing. Is there help available for this problem? Plz help! Ty
