I regret my purchase due to the lack of customer support from FYSETC. Customer service is crucial, and unfortunately, my experience suggests that FYSETC falls short in this area. I'll stay away to purchase their products in the future.

I see that the CATALYST board now is rev. 2.1 - what is the difference to 2.0?

I mean, cleaning it off after it is stuck is one thing, but preventing it from sticking in the first place would be killer. Sadly, this stuff doesn't do very much.

Is this a problem, just curious. I have a two of the k1max, and they have both have ran for a few thousand hours. But I have changed the extruder on one of them, but that seemed to be the motor/ electronics breakout board in the head. In that process I saw the gear(s) were a bit gummed up of filament dust.

This is a project that interests me. Is this a kit that you are going to offer? A little more information would be great. It looks similar to a current unavailable offering that is larger than the current Voron offerings. It looks like it could be a good alternative for a RatRig 500 x 500.

Installating under the middle of the bed makes no sense. How do you access the carbon filter to replace the carbon? You'll have to take off the whole bed for that. The detachable carbon filter box should be at the front edge of the bed.

I just finished my build an hour ago and I was wondering where the board went. I had to go back and fix it, but it fits great! I hope you guys can come out with an assembly guide for the new kit you have.

I have your wifi sd card and it keeps randomly disconnecting. It didn't work, then it worked for 30 seconds, then i did a bunch of trouble shooting and added a signal booster, then it worked for 12 hours, now its back to not working again. When i unplug it and plug it back in it sits for 30 seconds and then a solid red light comes on. When its working the red light blinks. Any idea what could be the issue? I was going to flash it to update firmware but holding the flash button and plugging it in didn't seem to work.

In the box was another thin, silver metal part, kind of a little plate with 2 holes. It is also shown in the pics on ali, positioned in the middle of the pic (where all parts are shown). But it is not mentioned in the assembly description… can you tell me, what it is for?

Happy 10th Anniversary! I am eagerly waiting to build my Voron 2.4 that I ordered late last month.

I followed it until the 2.4 cnc package. Then I fell asleep. You asked for improvement ideas, here I have a few: 1- If you put up a person who speaks in English, make sure to select someone who is understandable. 2- prepare such a presentation better, and make the two hosts be tuned into each other. Half the time nobody knew what was supposed to be done, and it was creating more sleepy moments. Richard was explaining the products, apparently which are not his, while Evelyn was reading the presentation facts. We can also read. No need for that. It is boring. recommendation: Follow a course: How to present a powerpoint presentation 3- Most of the people in there were North / South Americans. While the majority of Fysetc customers are European. Our half of the world was sleeping! Give them also a chance. And again, happy 10th anniversary.

why are you putting glue on top of the magnets?
