Zambia to Kenya – The Ultimate Expedition Road Trip Finale! | Travel Video 4K
In this episode, we start the long journey back home from Lake Tanganyika, tackling some of the most rugged and challenging sections of the entire trip. As we leave the lake, massive boulders and tough terrain test our vehicles’ endurance-especially those with lower clearance. With patience and teamwork, we navigate through safely and continue onward.
We then journey through Tanzania, making our way toward familiar territory with mixed emotions. Along the way, I’ll answer some of the most frequently asked questions from previous episodes-sharing the highs and lows of this adventure, my favorite places, and insights on costs, border crossings, and road conditions in each country.

Nikue nakama how much ivi ready
How much was the whole trip bro kindly
Hi Joseph. It really depends on a lot of factors. From fuel consumption of your car, the total kms covered, accommodation options, activities participated, etc. Working around your budget is the best way to plan. You can even spend up to 5M 😃
How was Malawi gold
After travelling to Kenya from Botswana severally, I have learnt that crossing the border at night is a better option.
Thanks for the tip. Will consider it for the trip to SA 👍
We respected you RUTTO but dragging your young GEN Z video editor to court is a RUTO thing that has caught us off guard . 😢😢😢
Hi. I think you might have mistaken my channel for someone else’s. My handle is Murmet where I share my personal travel experiences and stories, just in case you were looking for someone different. Thanks for stopping by!
It's a good and interesting blog.. Brilliant stuff and editing...
Glad you enjoyed it 🔥🔥
That bit of “today we’re doing 720Kms plus” really got me smiling and believing that we will be able to atleast push 900kms+ a day on our upcoming trip to CapeTown… been following you and MaraNomads and you’ve really been inspirational to us👏🏾
Kudos and I wish I could join you!! Doing more than 650kms per day would make you zombies: takes out more than 95% energy. I would advise you do a max of 2 consecutive days (650kms each) with a rest day thereafter - of course it depends on the projected travel duration. Alternatively, the best tip would be to do 400-500kms per day and a restday every 4-5 days. All the best in your upcoming trip!
Wow! wow, awesome content Sir. I love adventures and am learning a lot from you. The drone shots ni moto sana.
Ahsante sana! Glad you enjoyed it 🔥🔥
Thank you for sharing , we are taking notes
Glad you enjoyed 🔥🔥🔥
Ibo Keiyo
What was the approximate cost of the trip ?fuel plus all expenses
There are so many variables: from the fuel consumption rate of your car, to your choice of accommodation. Having a tent is way cheaper than booking a room. There are also activities to which you can partake, congruent to your budget. Basically, you work around your budget.
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Better video than the Nomads.
Humbled, and subscribe for more😀
It's Lake Nyasa
Tanzanians call it Lake Nyasa while it is Lago Niassa from Mozambique. Perhaps we would call it different if it was in Kenya 😀
@@Murmet-q2e BTW I'm from Tanzania and we call it Lake Nyasa
So i reckon the reason you won't be exploring with the nomads again is because they literally left you behind in an alien country around 3500 kms away from home... That's cruel!!!!! Such a shame to them. But i hope you made it without further problems. Subscribed.
Far from the truth sir. The Nomads are a bunch of amazing souls, and a great family to travel with. They supported me get to Livingstone, and even Nomad friends offered to stay behind with me to ensure i was sorted. All credits to them, and moreso, to the friends I made along the way 😊. My reasons are just personal and have no conjunction with them. Stay tuned! and thanks for subscribing 🔥
@@Murmet-q2e alright murmet, I appreciate for clearing the air. I'll be tuned
