Hello boss
Thank you!! It is one of the best instructions for the valve cover gasket replacement!!
18:28 pattern for bolts
This video is so explaining and detailed in every way. I love how things were labeled and what you need. This video deserves more likes. 👍 ❤
You’re the goat bro ! Showed exactly where and what you using
Is it necessary to update the latest DME TCU firmware after replacing the head cover?
I am from El Salvador, I have a Chevrolet Aveo and I do maintenance on it and if I had a BMW it would cost me more. I see that they are very complicated to dismantle, but they are good cars.
EXCELLENT VIDEO GREAT JOB THOUGHTFUL PLANNING WELL DONE. THANK YOU
Whatever you do don't explain anything and have a house song repeat over it instead.
Beautiful job my friend
Muchas gracias .
Man said don’t put the “hoes” down like this😂😂😂😂😂
I know see why BMW charges $1200 for this.
Awesome 👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼💪🏼🍺
I screwed up just adding simple lights underneath my fold in truck steps by not grounding them properly. Why the hell I thought I was going to watch a youtube video and have no issues fixing my wife’s car myself is beyond me. Made it to the 8 minute mark in the video before the inner voice inside my head said “not a chance in hell dumbass”. Well it’s the thought that counts they say 😂
How are you guys getting the cover off. Its not clearing the back coner
I will never own another bmw lmao. Just got quoted 2500$+ tax just to change a valve cover gasket.
Bro same
Only 30 mins? Looks easy enough. Imma go do this in my driveway. Good to know I can refer back to this video if I forget any of the steps. BRB
Try 10 hours. First time. Minimum
Do you know what can happen in the triptonic box of the BMW 325i e90, which only works to increase gear + and not to decrease it -? The cables were checked and they are not cut, what else could be checked. Do you have a video for this? Thank you
It was at this moment I realized I have no clue what I’m doing
Thank you customer that will be 5000 bucks 🤣
Thanks for posting you have given me confidence to do my own work. Thank you. I appreciate you.
Excelente
So fucked up. Tricked me into moving my things in a way that i now need a mechanic
I am here cause mechanic want about 1500 and no way I am paying that. Thanks for the video. I am going to take two day off from work to fix it.
how much would a garage charge for this work including parts?
What torque to use for the bolts
How long does it take in real time?
This is real good and detailed. Great video
Victor Thank you Sir!....BMW shops must hate the fact that you posted this "Outstanding" DYI! (You are that Dude) 😉🙂
BMW just told me $2,200 to do this..That's why I'm here lol
Hello how much torque get all 26 M6x32.5 screws on the cylinder head cover?
hello, good afternoon buddy! it's all right!? help me with a question!? Your videos have helped me a lot because I have a bmw just like yours! How many Newton-meters did you tighten the valve cover with!? And you put some glue on the joints!?? Thank you and good afternoon!
I have a 2008 328xi, after I've done the oil pan gasket, oil filter housing gasket, "mickey mouse" flange and few other little things... My oil leaks went gone by 98%... I still get a few drips, passenger side, from I don't know where, but I'm getting oil drips on the CV axle boot, tie rod boot, I don't know where they come from, but I suspect it's the valve cover gasket, not much oil noticed around dough but hardly to believe that could come from elsewhere. Question, if oil leaks out from the valve cover, on the passenger side, would you expect it on the engine block as well, or just drips down below? The way engine is angled, it's very hard for me to determine, anyone any thoughts? Cheers!
Why are you doing at 12:00 min mark
Great video . How many hours total did this take ? From start to finish .
Hi , i love in Miami , i have the same trouble , how much would It cost me to spend ,? Tks
Should I also replace everything listed In the beginning??
Just replaced vcg, I now have a crank, no start, any ideas? Everything is connected. Nothing is broken
How long did the actual process take in real time?????
I just saw ur video why did u change the connector at the top of the valve cover
The background music was fire. I fall asleep bout 3 times cuz it was soothing. Great video
This is really well done. Bro 😎
good info, watch it on MUTE
I’m getting ready to do this job myself tomorrow, do I need to drain the oil for this job or not ? And also do I fully disconnect the battery or just the negative ? Much appreciated
Hey man I’m doing this job tomorrow as well. I saw this was posted 7 months ago, any notes / things I should know?
@@urbexmediafilm no need to drain the oil and do not follow how he removed he valve tronic motor not the proper way
Best Video fror this job, imho. Regards from Germany 👍
Great job guy! Well edited and very practical. What is the part you replaced in 12:39?
Eccentric shaft sensor for Valvetronic
the easiest way to remove oil from spark plugs is to just open the spark plugs and let the oil go into cylinder.
Too many ads. There are much better videos that don't require you to watch 12 ads to see.
