I sell primarily books (some music and movies) but I'm getting hit with fees now for items over 180d in FBA. Mind you, when I sent these in they were profitable and should have sold within 3 months based on those metrics. Since it is about the same price to have them shipped back or disposed of I'm having to pay these fees when they are in FBA longer. I'm going to get hit with another $85 fee on 1/15. Every time this happens it takes away from my hard work and net profit. So frustrating. :(

I'm FBA but strongly considering FBM. Amazon's new recent policy changes on lost inventory is horrible for sellers. Amazon wants to know our COGS so they can copy products with sufficient profit margins. However, most importantly Amazon inventory is taking FOREVER to check in. I've been waiting 2 MONTHS now for a pallet to be checked in to Amazon's warehouses. That is 2 months of lost sales I would not have had if I had used a 3PL. Please give more videos on how to switch to FBM. Thanks.
