I have a few of these laying around. They still work. I would still use them, but the app store no longer works. They were truly refreshing and quick. Very nice to use. Solid designs. And they all had removable batteries.

What windows version are you looking for? I recommend a hp elite x3 / 950xl or even a 930/830.
640 for good and cheap windows phone experience or 640 xl for best experience
