Keep up the good work! As a practitioner, it's nice to compare notes with others on how to examine common conditions. This was very clear, thorough, yet efficient. Wish I came across this while I was in school. Hoping to see more videos in the future!

..hi could you offer some insight on my mri reprt my doctor says its.."itts quiet a mess"...........................thats all i had 1 a year ago lubar cervix and sacroilliac joint all ddd osteophyes just a bit of wear and tear thats what the doc at the hospital said ill pay 25 pound to your fav charity if you can heelp me thank you sir just at a loose end about crippled.....Normal alighnment degen changes seen within the cervical spine Some disc bulging is seen at c45 56 level efacement of csf from around the cord is noted at at the c5/6.The coed bone marrow signal normal.The block axial sequences show widespread degen change .There is mild flattening of the cord at the c4/5 level and c5/6 levels.There is marked c6 exit foraminal narrowing bi laterally.The other exit foramina are rela tively uninpeded There is some prominence of lymph nodes on the axial sequence thanks ian i have full on problems with it and my luber is shot to and ive sacroillitis degn changes hip arthritis and knee oa all osteophytes etc
