One of the finest recordings of this piece I have ever heard. Sensitive and flowing while having great attention to detail. Thank you!
- Marry me! No? But seriously, thank you so very much for your beautiful interpretations of Bach. I can understand that organists need to embellish their performances in order to separate themselves from other performers, but that only makes you unique in that you don't add a bunch of silliness in order to do so. Bach didn't need any help with his art. That said, you're performances of Bach make me cry, and no one else's does. Please, please, more Bach! I've haven't heard a decent performance of the Toccata, Adagio, and Fugue although I've searched relentlessly. Please consider it! Love you! Live long; Bach needs you, and thank you again.
What is amazing is that there is no music in front of Ms. Olga Papykina. All from memory? Wow! -- I didn't know I was going to listen to this piece again after six months. JB 🧑🏻
Спасибо, Олечка! Привет из Москвы
🧑🏻😘 It's hard to distinguish you from E. Power Biggs when I'm away from watching the video. Bless you.
Wonderful - so easy to you - Olga 💕
Thank you. Easy only after working hard for many years (not this piece of course)..
You are playing wonderful. I love the movement of your hands and fingers and how fast and flexible your fingers are. Great movement of your body. Would be great to see your pedalwork also 🥰❤
Oh dear . . . yet another "pedals must always be played staccato" merchant - no phrasing whatsoever. Pity - spoils the whole thing.
I'm sure J.S. Bach would have invited you for dinner, then cookies and milk before leaving his home. Bravo! Peace in Christ! 🧑🏻J.R.Borges
Heaven on earth. Thank you ❤
That was amazing!
This has become my favorite organ piece thanks to this performance. Such a beautiful piece and an incredible performance that articulates every phrase.
You may never see this, because this video is so old, but after listening to the performances that you have available, you are now my favorite Bach organ works performer - by leaps. Instead of "Olga Papykina's Toccata and Fugue in the style of Bach," it sounds to me to as if Bach were performing it himself. Please tell me where I can find more of your performances!
Thank you! Unfortunately we don't know how Bach had played... You can find some more of my recordings on soundcloud.com/olga_papykina
@@olgapapykinaVocesOrgani - Very true, we don't, but I prefer this genre of music played without a lot of flourishes that distract me from Bach's fascinating works. They stand on their own, and need no help. Thank you so very much for your response. Play on!
LIKE 103 👍 👏👏👏💐💐💐
Is the same organ as with Havinga has performed same a mol hier in tube
No, there is no the same organ. It is recorded in Milan, Ahrend Organ
@@olgapapykinaVocesOrgani I think this organ the same 🤭 ruclips.net/video/8pxQZVBlnbA/видео.html
Amazing! Long Live Ukraine!
💖
Excellent performance, exquisite articulation and phrasing!
BRAVO, Olga! Your playing is wonderful, and the organ too is very unique. I admire your hard work very much!
Thank you!
@@olgapapykinaVocesOrgani You're very welcome! :)
I do wish people playing Bach's organ music would realise that phrasing, though not often written oj the page, is essential to give it any meaning.
Bravissima esecutrice!! Grazie per le condivisione m° Papykina
Grazie!
Buona registrazione, e belle organo! Lo conoscevo Muffat per autore di trattato sul basso continuo, non per compositore a musica d'organo. È bella musica.
Excelente y muy bello ,gracias.
Wow!!! Wunderbar gespielt. Viele grüße von Spanien🇪🇸
Beautifully played, this make my happy. Merci
Incredibly well performed. Smooth (what a pace!), and lovely rendition of one of the most beautiful pieces of Bach (which is not "one of the most beautiful"!). Thanks for posting this.
Thank you!
Das ist super gespielt und wirklichcein geniales stück
Danke! Ja, das ist ein wunderschönes Stück, insbesondere wann es dafür eine schöne Orgel gibt
Great performance, beautiful sound
Thank you!
a lovely, fluid performance, Olga! :-)
Organo di una mirabile bellezza : complimenti all'interprete per il tempo d'interpretazione che offre una grande musicalità alla ciacona di Muffat!
Fa molto piacere, grazie!
Very nice-and played from memory. What is the pedal registration you are using? sounds like a reed such as trombone. Is that usual for this piece?
Thank you! It is a Posaune 16` in ped, usual for Baroque Pleno... may be it is a little hard/acute because of a microphone, it ist not a studio recording, i made it myself.. Are you also an composer? ;-) Just played Milhauds Brasileira with one saxophone student on the lesson..
Sorry for my inadequate English. I beg you to forgive me, I just wrote that Massimo Pinarello so far is the only organist who play the fugue "correctly" in the end. But you do the same, and it sounds great! "No one" except Massimo and you play the sheet music the way it should be in the end.
Well done, Miss Olga Papykina, a wonderful organspel. Merci.
Thank you! It's a pleasure for me
Really great. Clear structure, appropriate tempo ...

Perfekt! Sehr schön gespielt...
You play as you were the daughter of J.S.Bach...
thank you.. I just love his music
