Heres a lil life hack for my young brothers and sisters of various colors. If yall got anything made of solid steel in the house (counter space, a stainless steal pot with a thick bottom, etc.) use that to defrost the meat. The metal is really good at transferring energy. Defrost time gets cut down drastically, alot of restaurants even have a section of their counter with a large thick steel block for this exact purpose: defrosting shit. It wont be instant, but the faster you can get it done, the less likely you are to get whooped son.
