These comments are so warming. I’m 23 and although I feel so alive and thriving. I constantly overthink every decision I make. Your video (and these comments) opened up my perception and made me realize the beauty of being clueless in a way. I’m excited to see how my life will turn out and all the amazing things I will do along the way.

Advice to my younger self would be to keep trying, give yourself grace and slow down . I’ve struggled so long with so many things and I’ve spent so long trying to heal but I still will and am but it’s a reminder to take my time.

Hey Lexy! This was a good video and I genuinely hope it inspires young women as it should. I think your flower analogy is spot on. I also agree with what you said about loneliness. I've seen so many women, far older than 29 struggle with this one. So many women think they'll be happy once they're in a "loving" relationship. I wish they knew the peace of loving on themselves. I'm so glad you said, "You are still so young!" because I was just about screaming that in my head. Even at my big ol' age, I feel like I've got too many years ahead to be unhappy for even one day. Hey friend big sis here. I have so much advice for my younger self and think I’ve put it in a video before. But my 20’s were some of the best days of my life. I flourished so much. I also did a lot of learning. I was a new mom, still going after my dreams. One thing that I can think of that I would say is everything will be okay because even tho I flourished I had a lot of angst, questioning, doubt and fear being a new mom and just wondering how everything would work out for me. I would also say it’s ok to walk away. Let go. You’re worth it, there is greater in store for you. Trust God, if nobody else has your back, He does. ❤

I was so free in my 20's & danced to the beat of my own drum. There was no social media back then and I believe that made going through my 20's easier than it is for anyone going through their 20's nowadays, unfortunately.

I have some friends that are moms and some That are not and all the ones with kids tell us not To have them but I’m like whyyyy??? lol i think that the mothers that are moms shouldn’t discourage us who don’t to not have them. What do u think!? I think we need to normalize the fact that it is tonight regardless of the village or not because i seen those with villages and those without villages struggles. Both of my sisters are moms and i do see 2nd hand how fought it is for them. Love the video

Hello. What came as a surprise to me during motherhood was that I stopped belonging to myself. Someone always needed something from me. There was absolutely no time for myself. When a child grows up, it becomes easier in some things and harder in others. 😅

As women, we wear many different hats. Learning how to find balance in most cases is easier said than done. We are wives, mothers, friends etc. Our children are grown and on their own, and my husband and I have been married for a very long time and I still struggle with balance and figuring out how not to lose myself in the tussle of it all. I do think we should have a support system where we check in and on one another. Because it's easy to sink into a mindset where we feel as though we're all alone and trying to be strong is not always the best thing to do.
