Hey, mine did not have any seals on the outer box - but the brush head was sealed in the paper/plastic encasement. If the brush head was not in the sealed encasement, i would suggest contacting the retailer and informing them and getting a replacement (as that may be used).

Hey, it shouldn't pause when using - it should buzz every 30 seconds when brushing the teeth, but a light buzz and then continue is how it should be. I'd recommend getting that checked with the retailer, they should be able to replace it.

Hey, thanks for that suggestion, I don't currently have any demo videos, but maybe in the future i start creating those.

@TheProductivityLabs I bought it, but I didn't find it very useful, there is no source and no control inside, but I saw that it protects well.

@@g34934456g Yeah it's primary purpose is just to protect it when travelling or taking the projector from place to place - if using it in a single place, then the case is likely not required. Thanks for that information :)
