Sometimes the dialogue confuses me. I don't know who's talking half the time, so I have to go back again and again to make sense of it. Kind of frustrating, but that's about it. The pacing could also use some work, like how at one point the story is emotional, then two dialogues later the mood turns upbeat and kind of comedic. Overall, I love it!

Hah! Amazingly, this book landed me a hot sweaty afternoon earlier. I live in a senior apartment unit in the campus of the historic farmer's market that i work in. Our maintenance crew attends to everything in our units, and we were scheduled for hepafilter changeouts today. The guy who came by end of day is someone who has been in my apartment several times, and i was listening to this and forgot to shut it off when he came in and went to do so, apologizing. He laughed, said don't bother, and asked me to bring him the filter off his cart in the kitchen. I went to get it, came by the closet (where the filter is) to hand it to him. He turned toward me, screwsriver in hand, and revealed that his carhartts were open, and his other "tool" was hanging out! He was grinning, said he realised i was watching him last time he was here with apparent "thirst" and noticed the homoerotic drawings on my studio desk in my large efficiency, and mentioned that he had intentionally scheduled my filter for end of day, in case I was still thirsty. He grabbed his phone, called the maintenance office to have them clock him out and let them know the work cart was going in the storeroom down the hall for morning. He announced that he was officially off work, and hoped I would love to "oblige". Yessir! I would indeed. We played heavily literally through half the book reading, which egged us both on. I look forward to additional volumes. We now have each others' text numbers and plans to make it at least a bi-weekly. 😎 Thank you for adding some ambiance for fleshing out what he had hoped for all day.

horrible, unprogessional AI narration, of the type any highschooler can get for free. the storyline is attractive, but the characters are flat and unrealistic. and that bit of idiotic veganism propaganda is not even scientifically correct. plant-based protein is even worse than fat meat - it always comes with too many complex carbohydrates, that take too much of the brain power to digest. no one-type of food diet is good for anyone, other than sick people. as for so called dietary supplements, that come diluted with "inactive" materials, they introduce more garbage than usefull molecules, in the body. not worth even the half-time i wasted trying to get over the AI narration
