@@RedSauceGaming thats an intended feature, they have a chance to play dead, you're supposed to restrain them while they're on the ground to prevent that

@@RedSauceGaming Yep its normal, there is ambiguity in the game intentionally, always keeping you on your toes. Look at the achievements for confirmation about arresting play dead suspects.

Claustrophobic and you go in with piss poor intel. I got jump scared by the gangbangers on the second floor my first time thinking it would be a one man hostage situation and found the Bitcoin mining operation.

Using lots of tear gas and flashbangs really worked for me. Also using stairs and backdoor at first enterance point and going up there lastly clearing starting third floor works like a charm.

I've been stuck on thos mission for 2 days lol. Everyone is dead, in hand cuffs or just arrested but I'm still stuck lol
