Somewhat related: I do find it both amusing and annoying on the insistence of some modders making very high poly replacement models, and textures over 2k in resolution. Plus, there are (or were) hard coded limits for things in the game engine like the number of shadows shadows and lights (which seems laughably low now), number of actors present together before certain scripts/code stops applying to them, render distance limits, and other things. Those I can get behind. Although, people seem to avoid using the Papyrus scripting language for Creation Engine whenever possible. I am curious. How bad is it? Is it "worse" than Python?
