Another first for me! A "plan with me" is something I've wanted to do for a long time and really had to push myself to accomplish. There were all sorts of reasons why I wanted to talk myself out of it. And then there was the aftermath of trying to get this video uploaded and posted. More things to discourage me, but alas, I got past my excuses and it's here! Grab some coffee, tea...whatever you love...get your planner, stickers and washi and let's have a hang out sesh!

You’re the amazing one! Thanks so much for sharing these parts of you. “Feel your feelings” really resonates. I think it’s important to allow ourselves and others to feel whatever it is we’re feeling. I had a “friend” who I tried to share some stressful news with and she responded with, “I’ll watch for neediness.” What does that even mean? What a strange, insensitive thing to say to a friend who needed you to just listen and be there in that moment. Anyway, congratulations on the nomination! Your books are my favorite! And seeing your videos make my day. ❤

Some wise words Vivien. I competed in the NJ Sinatra My Way sing-off in 2022. I was on antibiotics and wanted to bow out, but drove from CLE to NJ 36:57 and did it anyway. I didn't win or place, but I'm glad I did it. And telling the story to folks on how I didn't "win" is somehow freeing. God bless.
