Supabase isn't actually a no-code tool. Probably low-code, but still it targets developers. Even Payload CMS admin panel is considered to feel more like no-code rather than Supabase's dashboard

This is the most important part before starting out any automation. Figuring out what and when to automate. I like how you emphasize keeping the contract process manual, as there may be details from the sales call that aren't included in the template and should be verified by a human so that you don't mess up. Mapping the process flow, identifying decision points/gates, and analyzing the time each task consumes are all essential. Process mining is the key. You've provided some valuable insights on onboarding and the approach towards the clients.
