Tried using a landmine axle bar and a viking press attachment to practice my over head.
At the end you can see where the landmine become unattached and fell over! Off screen I pull the weights and the bar almost clocked me! In the future I will make things attached much better
Be care when using a landmine Ata he'd ment as they are never very steady there fore dangerous
Be careful out there and stay safe
But you gotta start somewhere

Hey DLC 👋 here Today on Daily Life Cooking we are making a high protein carbonara! Need high protein low carb noodles Bacon of some kind I prefer center or northern cut Egg yolks. Can use while eggs as this is not authentic Some sort of Parmigiano. Hey just make the oats the night before and easy to microwave! Can add your berries then or after then add cinnamon or other things thst you loke! Keep it simple! Can prep out days at a time or even for the go! Eay and packed with protein!

@DavidRawlings-c2y making it smooth. To fill in the faults that occurred during its making. There was also a bit of a protuding edge from the hybrid mold. Plus, I may paint them or use some rhino liner on them

You need to start over from the beginning and learn actual proper lifting technique. Holy shit this was some of the worst form and lifting I've seen. Im guessing you just started working out like a month ago and never lifted before in your life. If not dont post vodeos.

@DLC88 yea there some gloves that have a strap on them specially to lift heavy weights check them out but it's just a comment I would like you to change it old school is the best your raw brother

Good job man!! Just be careful with the injury don’t over exert yourself. You don’t want to over do it and get more injured. When you can’t do regular push ups anymore go on your knees and continue doing pushing ups and I promise you get better at the regular ones! Good luck!!
@jesusvazquez4276 weirdly the knee push-ups are harder for me, not sure why. And I damaged the ligament in the joint and have bone spurs. Happened about 14 years ago. So i can't straighten my arm or flex it all the way. But I so appreciate the feed back! Thank you so much! The encouragement means and helps so much!

Hey there! Wanted to give you a form correction as I am a college cheerleader and spend hours a day holding a girl over my head. First, have a slight split of your legs! I like to line the tip of my toes of my right foot with the heel of my left foot. This will decrease back arching and allow other muscles groups to provide stability. Secondly, contract/activate your glutes throughout the lift. This will give you much more stability and force your back to arch less. Arching of the lower back is done by your body in order to bring your chest up and back, allowing your upper chest muscles to assist your shoulders in the press. To get boulder shoulders, force your shoulders to do all the work. Your back will thank you later!

Focus on your weak parts. Squats help very little on what’s killing you.

Try less weight so you can focus on form first! Especially at home you have nothing to prove youll be able to lift so much more with good form.
