This is almost like a foil to early interviews with gene and dean. They were always so uncooperative and cracked out and giggling etc. this is the most down to earth nice interview I’ve seen in a while

I started engineering, ,mixing and mastering around 99. David work on Aenima and Terry Dates work, myself and all the engineer's i worked with used those as templates for the sound we were going for when working with heavier guitar based music. The clarity and amazing tones he got individually was amazing but when put together they create this even better wall of sound. The performance's are flawless. As a guitar player myself also i really loved the subtleties in Alex's guitar work with the way he uses his tone for the riff itself. Letting certain chords or notes ring out certain amounts just to get the right effect. A lot of attention to detail that i dont think happened as much on the other album's after that one.

Funny thing, I've seen him play with loads of bands (Mattias Alkberg, Viagra Boys, Hurula, supporting Les Big Byrd), but never knew he played in Ghost as well (have never listened to them). Henke is awesome!

Dylan was good friends with… Mark Lanegan. The violent, dark, ruthless, heroin addicted dude who was at the house as Kurt’s body lay dead (according to his own account in his autobiography.) Lanegan also knew Courtney very well at that time. I think Joe does not want to name him because that crew still runs in the Seattle area and are nothing to be messed with.
