I have a real SUB but I also bought one of these replicas from MAMACOO for piece of mind if I go to another country or if I am doing activities that can damage the watch. I don't see anything wrong with that.

The seconds hand is my downfall I’ve gone thru 2 lost hands still no luck rotico and a loupe sucks man
There is a tool from DIY Watch Club for 20 bucks that makes seconds hand install a lot easier check it out it's under tool section.
Make sure the stem on the minute hand is facing up. I struggled for an hour on my first build to realise I was putting the second hand on the wrong way round - no one mentions this in beginner videos... It might work for you!

Nice build. I like the smaller cyclops...if you read about fake Rolexes, the over-sized cyclopses like on the black one are a dead giveaway. The black one is nice too, but the smaller cyclops looks better in my opinion.
Why the running seconds hand isn't ticking.
It's a quartz movement
@xwatchwiselyx well quartz or mechanical has nothing to do with the seconds hand ticking or swiping but it has to move otherwise it's a fake hand and not connected to the movement.
@mahmoudghoneim8004 are you talking about the chronograph seconds hand? The small hand on the right is the minute hand the small hand on the left is hour and small in the bottom is seconds, you need to press the top button to start it
