You asked for feedback...In my opinion more detailed videos about how the site works would be much more helpful. You have a ton of videos about specific interventions for each industry (mental health, medical etc). Those of us in our professions already know that stuff. What I need to know are the detailed ins and outs of the Carepatron platform. All the bells and whistles. You do have videos of this nature but they are so brief, typically 1-3 minutes. A few have been helpful for very specific things, but even those were so fast I had to watch multiple times. I guess what I'm getting at is the videos need to be much more detailed and focused on the system itself. As an example, spend 10 minutes vs. 2 to walk us through how the video platform works from beginning of a call to the end - making the call, connecting, what I see on the screen vs. the client, how to show client's a document during a meeting, etc. Walk us through what the client portal looks like from the client's end after login, or how it looks from a new client's perspective after they receive the email link to click/fill out initial paperwork or enter their payment method into Stripe - show yourself doing that so we can really see how it works. I have no idea what that's like, so I feel like I have to "practice" with friends first once I'm ready to go live so I can get feedback from the consumer end in case clients ask me questions. Those are just a few examples, I hope I'm making sense. I feel like I've had to basically teach myself the entire platform with zero guidance, which has been time consuming and frankly I still don't know if I fully know how to use all the features or if I've addressed everything I need to with set up before starting my practice. Despite all this, I want to say for anyone out there considering Carepatron, that I DO like the platform overall and I plan to stick with it. I encourage you to try it out. It was fairly easy to learn the basics of navigating the system. I like how it's set up and it has all the features I wanted - I'm sure more that I'm not even aware of yet. I also appreciate there's an app, especially if I'm not with my laptop but someone calls to schedule an appt. My main complaint so far is that creating forms on there was not a good experience. I feel the features are extremely limited (even basic demographics that aren't included, so I had to add them separately and it looks odd not being with the other demographic info). I've had things not save properly and had to redo things. Because of the form setup and its limitations I don't think they look as good as I would like, but I'm going with it because I spent so much time creating them and I have to have them (uploading our own forms vs. having to create them w/the current system that's in place would be much easier). Hope this helps!
