New Tonbridge to Gatwick Rail Link
Просмотров 1,9 тыс.4 месяца назад
Back in 2008 the then-Labour Government made changes to the rail network across the south of England which led to direct rail services between Kent and Gatwick being stopped. This was despite 11% of Gatwick’s passengers coming from Kent, around 3 million trips per year at the time. Over the past 16 years Gatwick has continued to grow, there has been no new infrastructure to help with journeys b...

    Something I find particularly bizarre is how condemnation of Islamism is often treated as anti-Muslim. When the majority of British Muslims oppose Islamism. And the first victims of Islamists are often moderate Muslims. That’s a rhetorical trend which really needs to stop. We should all be able to condemn theocracy.

    I feel as though the way we build prisons is rather archaic and surely not efficient. Why do we still hold hundreds of prisoners in one gigantic fortified building? Surely that’s only necessary for dangerous violent criminals? Would it not make more sense to build smaller, local, open prisons with security enforced via CCTV and ankle tags?

Responding to public disorder needs careful reform .Why do we allow still the Aunt Sally model (throw bricks, petrol bombs, heavy objects)at lines of Police? No one mentions PC Blakelock anymore.We are in extremely poor shape .To repeal s29J Public Order Act(right to criticise, insult, ridicule any religion, practice or adherent) and replace it with an anti Islamophobia legislation IS the death of free expression.LEAD,LEAD,LEAD!!!!

  • @CharlesWhite-j4f
    @CharlesWhite-j4f Месяц назад

    Tugendhat hasn't a clue, he's a super-Deep-State globalist, heavily involved with the secret services, as was his father. He's a puppet of the Deep-State, will do whatever they tell him is "best". That is not democracy. The only free-thinking Tory left seems to be Jenrick, but already he has done a U-turn on his very strong statement a few days ago that "anyone shouting A la Snackbar in public should be immediately arrested". Very sensible policy as it is in effect an aggressive war-cry, and liable to offend those of other religions hearing it, who think their own gods are worthy too, and supreme. Weak, weak, weak. The Tory brand is trash, they have totally betrayed their core right-wing voter base, and have been captured and over-awed by the muslim-extremist movement. Politicians have to be brave to oppose it, when they do so they put their lives in danger, which clearly is not acceptable in our country, or anywhere in Europe. Ask Geert Wilders about the reality of that situation. The new voice of the right-wing in British politics is Reform UK. They say what they mean and argue their position bravely.
