Kei spent a good part of his childhood in America for age 9-11 and 13-21 so he grew up speaking english.
Wow. He even gets the accent right. Wonder if it's an impression.
He spent a large amount of his later childhood in the US so maybe not. I say a video of him teaching Englih and he spoke it perfectly

If he can speak english, He needs to be in the US version of Gokaiger.
And here we are 11 years later US version of Gokaiger did terrible and the producers and directors of that version didn’t hire him to do Basco which is a shame.
