Aftermath of Hurricane Debby. August 11th 2024 Summerville South Carolina three days after the hurricane passed, the water levels on the Ashley River began to rise and never went back down. This is tidal water with an expected 6.5 feet of water level change every 6 and a half hours. The water levels have remained at the same level for the last 19 hours.
