I'd highly recommend getting the townhouse and a will. It's a good portion of your current money, but it offers a good safety net, and allows you to start raising your kid, which is an excellent way to control terror and eventually nets you a permanent bonus (as long as you avoid Salt's Curse - which is entirely separate from Salt's Attention).

The other good way to get Apocyan is in the Principles of Coral (you can technically get one from doing port reports in the Iron Republic, but I think that's just luck). You'd start to Principles quest by playing all the chess in Port Cecil. There's quite a bit of fetching you need to do after that, but most items are a lot easier to get than for the colors. Plus, completing the quest by winning the final game (which isn't chance, you get to pick winning or losing) will _also_ get you The Eldest's End (though that will cost you the chef you get when you start the quest).

That map also shows under water ports from Zubmariner. Aigul is one of them.

The bizarre bit is that if you get the map and work out the clues, there actually is an 'X' on the ground made with little sticks.
