Dindigul Thalappakatti Veg Biryani is a flavorful South Indian vegetarian delight, made with jeerakasala or Kaima rice, fresh veggies, and Thalapakatti’s unique spices, hailing from Dindigul, a state in Tamil Nadu, India.
Note: It is suggested to soak the Rice in water & set aside for 10 minutes.

Coriander seeds - 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper - 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon - 1 inch (4 pieces)
Cashew - 6 Nos.
