Accordion repair - Crucianelli Pancordion, part 2 bass machine
This is a short video of disassembling the bass machine of a 120 bass accordion. It’s not very difficult if you are organized. It does take about 5 hours, longer if you’re cleaning as you go. I believe that removing the bass machine in sections could be faster, but getting them back in the button holes would be awful. Thanks for watching ! For questions go to montaukaccordions.com

Accordion repair - Crucianelli Pancordion, part 1 overview
Просмотров 1996 месяцев назад
Overview of the new accordion which was shipped lightning fast from Liberty Bellows. It is indeed, a salty boy. Stay tuned for bass mechanism deconstruction, aka part 2. I will be fixing this LMMH crucianelli pancordion accordion and pouring a custom epoxy resin keyboard. 🎹 #accordionrepair

Very excellent use of a foam board for organizing the rods and buttons of the chord machine.

Currently I have the chord rods out in one unit. They appear to be impossible to reinstall as a unit

Sometimes the cost or restoring those things is far higher that what the accordion is worth.

Tbh it’s a lot of effort making these vids - I have an instagram that I post shorter videos to that might be preferred. Same username
