Follow the book quests for sweet dungeons cutscenes and gear. And while your at it do every other side quest. You will be lvl 85 in about 2 months.

why is getting to the max level so hard! come on...... i wanna get here to the ettinmores but its too hard... i stop intrest because it takes to long.... my highist level character btw is level 29.... shamefull isnt it? can anyone please give me tips on how to level quickly?

@powerslayer94 No, not at all.. the new expansions are horrid. They're small, they have repeat content from earlier game content, they don't even add new music they recycle old musical scores. Their new content is flawed horribly... and yet it takes them how many months to fix it? In some cases, they never fix it (or at least haven't yet). Monster Play is a downright joke yet the advertise it to suck in more money from the unsuspecting gamers. Stay away from LoTRO folks.

@Max1337Samuelsson You currently need to be a VIP member. You can play a creep at level 10. You can play out there as a freep at level 40, but I suggest you reach max level first, which is currently level 65.

PvMP gave me more of that LoTR feel than most of the PvE gave. Epic charges, esperate fights, taking keeps, it was awesome. But for some reason my account keeps gettin suspended and I got hacked a while back so itll be awhile till I get back...if I come abck at all. Screw f2P...

PvMP was awesome, its still decent i guess. But seems now we need Rad gear for evrything which is a turn off for me. thus i havent played LotRO in a while

pvmp is un-balanced

I'm thinking of starting to play this game so how does pvmp works? If i want to play monster then i will have no use of my "good character" or do i have to play both of them?

@goldenballs99 Most servers are like that, since Moria PVP has declined, one can only hope that once people have done the Mirkwood endgame PVP will go back to what it used to be like back in the good old days, although it seems very unlikely, levels 51 to 60 ruined everything that was good about PVP, RIP SoA PVP.

Yup, LoTRO PvP (from Moria expansion onward) has become a complete and utter joke. Turbine would do better to shelve its PvP servers and stick to its even more fail PvE coding. WTH happened to LoTRO? It was once fun and entertaining... now it's stuck in fail mode. :/

Ah, the good ole days where melee classes had just as much use as any other class. Where rushing a keep with obscene numbers didn't necessarily mean victory, and my guardian had the great role of leading the charge. It's a shame what PVMP has become since then.

Alas... what PvP populations were once like long ago... now they're more often a mere shadow of their former selves (in LoTRO). Turbine dropped the ball on their PvM/PvP aspect... BIG TIME.
