There is a lot that goes into these things: the Salary for the Preacher and may'be his wife, the cost for the building your either own or rent, how much does electricity cost, the cost for wifi, are any of the tithes going to fund international missions, or the poor and less fortunate. Now I'm not trying to be that person to say a Preacher and his wife should not live in pure bliss but there is a difference if you live in a poorer state vs a richer state. So if you live in Arizona it should be around 250K because the cost is so much expensive than say in Alabama or Mississippi, but it shouldn't be too much that all of the eggs are in the Preachers basket.
