Hi and thanks for your feedback. That sounds like quite a strong reaction. The dragons do help to activate the element of fire within, both for purification and also to help us call up potent energy for revitalisation of the body from the Earth and 'dragon lines'. On one level, it could be purifying and healing the body - the sensations may just be a 'detox' reaction as your body adjusts and this energy is clearing something for you. Secondly, it may be activating your own inner energy and Light. This could feel a little intense if you're not used to it. Just ask in your heart for any excess energy to easily disperse from your palms and also feet so that it can be diffused back into the Earth (and not build up and get stuck in your body). Aw thanks for the kind words. It was a creation of love and desire to share the incredible love, power and wisdom the dragons bestow upon us, humanity. That connection is always there, it's just sometimes we forget or our awareness is temporarily veiled from the spiritual realms. The key is always to trust, have faith and connect in that pure space of love and openness. ❤❤

The dragons hold an incredible energy and power. So while it may be rare, I wouldn't say it's unusual for the body to sometimes shake when it's receiving such an infusion of love, light and power. Key is just surrender and go with the energy. 😇

Practise and an open heart. They will show themselves when the time is right, or maybe stay open to other ways of experiencing them rather than just 'seeing.' It could be messages, hearing, feeling, or intuitively sensing them.

Great question. Most people find it easier to visualize and connect when the eyes are closed. This also helps us to let go of the external senses more so we can attune to the inner realms and inner senses. However, if you feel comfortable with eyes open and are experienced in visualizing this way, then great! There is no right or wrong way, whatever works best for you.
